Mark’s journey into the world of elite lawn care started at just 18 years old, working on private golf courses, where he honed his skills in creating and maintaining pristine greens. His drive for knowledge led him to Penn State University, where he earned a degree in agronomy in 1994, graduating #4 in his class, a testament to his determination and expertise.

After years of experience perfecting landscapes for golf courses and private estates, Mark saw an opportunity. His clients, impressed by his meticulous work, began asking if he could bring the same level of care to their home lawns. He answered that call, and in 1997, he started his own business, focusing on putting greens, tees, and lawn applications.
In 2006, Mark took his vision even further and co-founded Pennsylvania Turf, building it into a premier lawn care company known for its exceptional service, deep expertise, and a team of professionals trained in high-end golf course management.
